All of our products are made to order and fully customized according to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Order Changes
Once your order has been placed, no changes or modifications can be made. Every item is created specifically for you based on the details you provide at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will require clear photos of the product and packaging for review.
If it is determined that the item was damaged during shipping or has a defect, we will offer a solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
