Processing Times
Each order is handmade and customized with great care.
Processing time varies depending on the product and current order volume. Estimated processing time is provided on each product page.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship all orders via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (after processing)
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed, as shipping delays may occur beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Cazuga Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
However, if you encounter any issues, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within United States.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery.
